Latvia has one of the most beatiful cities, Riga, the art nouveau architecture from the XIX century is gorgeous.
Estonia is the most advanced ex soviet nation, they have bet on modernity and the power of the IT sector there and the use of IT to make things easier for people there is an example for the world, Estonia also has or at least had the biggest amount of female models per capita, Estonia is also one of the places I may go to live after finishing my CS studies because Spain has no future and the baltics are most probably going to be better than Spain economically by 2030.
