There are problems, especially with some of the greater equipment. For example they bought helicopters for the Marine that rust from salt water, so some of the new Marine helicopters are not allowed to fly over sea, imagine that shit... but with your daily supplies like guns there is no problem at all.
Manpower is another topic. Problem is that in a cucked cunt like Germany the army has no good reputation. Also they do not pay that well and just got rid of compulsory military service a few years ago so they really have problems finding skilled young people that are willing to go there. They really do want to search in other EU cunts, but Iirc just for non-fighting units. (for example IT, medical, supply and what not people)
