Not myself, but my brother's been involved with something similar.
Rented out a property to some drugged up lowlife bitch that tries to manipulate and try to play the sympathy card at every opportunity. She was always late in paying rent then she just fucking stopped one day, but he was nice and let her owe him but she always had some fucking excuse to not pay it and he let her get away with it for four months.
At one point you realize that there are just some people that are incorrigible shits who will stop at nothing as long as they can get away with it. Just try not to get involved with these people if possible.
