You can post on /trv/ think there's a dedicated india general there with an american guy who visits here often.
Remember no drinking tap water, no tipping beggars, no eating streetside stall food unless you've already had it. Watch videos on how not to get scammed here by those guys on youtube. Embrace yourself for the cultural shock and embrace the memes. You'll either love India or hate India, no middleground.

Tourists should really stop going to New Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. I know stuff like the capital, Taj Mahal, the Ganges and 20% of India's population lives there but it's literally the worst part of India. All the streetshitting and rapes happens there.
Just go everywhere else in India where the remaining 80% of India actually lives.
