The Gladiator is the only piece of media I legit fucking cried to
Der Untergang
Big Black Pipes 3. Poor Dorothy couldn't shit for 6 days and took 2 stitches on skin between pussy and anus. Sad, very sad.
This one really hit close to home
I unironically cried at the end of Brokeback Mountain and I'm not even gay.
I don't know...
there are many. The Elephant Man I remember being pretty sad.
The movie i cried to the most was homeward bound, as a kid. The dog at the end doesnt make it over the hill and the other cat and dog keep looking back for him to pop up in view but he isnt, they wait in fear hoping he makes it.. i cried so hard even the 5th time i watched it and knew what happens
Manchester by the sea or maybe Oslo 31. August
Leviathan
My mom beat rdr2 a couple weeks ago on her atleast 300 hour playthrough. She was straight up weeping :( she fell in love with arthur...
Anyway, i havnt cried at a movie in a very long time, havnt really watched a movie in a long time.
The Green Mile
>r*ssia
>lotr trilogy
1. Because such cinematographic excellence won't be matched in my lifetime which makes me sad
2. Because such acts of valor and the good prevailing over vile are not found irl which is also quite sad
If the ending of return of the king (both book and film) doesn't make you cry you are not human
>I would have followed you
>my brother
>my captain
>my king
The Fox and the Hound
Just thinking about the old lady dropping Todd off into the woods gets me misty eyed.
Samwise is one of the greatest literary characters of all time.
Forgot to add especially the Sam bit, yep
Unironically the iron giant
grave of the fireflies
>dumbshit killing his sister out of pride
What's the deal with nipponoids
those who watched it will never fail to get traumatized by "that scene"
>"you bow to no one"
I was more mad at how everyone (except the little girl) is a fucking cunt in that movie
You gotta be an asshole to survive in that scenario
Hence why the girl and her beta brother die
aged like fine wine desu
>mfw plebs call it bad, arguing that Kubrick would have done better
La ciociara
Pic related
And it was the last time I cried
Her brother was a fucking cunt too and he not only died but also let his sister die.
I dont understand why people say Dear Zachary was sad. I mean, I do, but sad is not what I would describe it as. It was incredibly infuriating and made me want to start punching the table while watching it, rather than sad.
Cant pick the most depressing one, but it's probably gonna be either The Road, Threads, Manchester By The Sea, Synecdoche, New York, Ikiru or Blue Valentine
Also, EVERY movie where the dog dies. I know its the cheesiest and shitties way to get emotion out of you, but it always gets me.
Let me show my good taste

Fug, are you that user from a few weeks ago that I asked to post a thread when his mom finished it? If so, glad to hear she seems to have enjoyed it.
