Going to McDonald's here is seen as fancy, it's almost an event for most people, what do you think about this?

I hear it's like that in some European locations where you're supposed to dine-in and that the food is way better. They also serve beer and exclusive items.
McDonalds here is seen as late night food or food for poor or low cultured people who work alot, though that kinda goes for a lot of fast food.

Well I've been in brazil more than i've been in the US(just one time) but I tried like 3 mcdonald's there and it wasn't as good the ones in brazil which I also considered worse than the ones in uruguay, especially the meat.

The McDonalds in the American cities are notoriously bad and unpopular with locals. I can taste city water in the drinks and the ingredients just have a weird look and taste compared to small town McDonalds.

Mcdonalds is alright. It's not something that will fill you up.
I think a big mac meal costs £3.50 GBP or something. If I go down to the chipper I can get decent sized portions of chips, a battered sausage, smother it in salt and vinegar and a dash of mild chip shop curry ovee the top. I'll get a butty (bread roll, think of an uncut buger bun but different) and a I'll get a can or Irn Bru. It's healthier than all that chemical mcdonalds shite and it will actually fill me up for a while. All for the price of a big mac.

Nobody over here views it as an American establishment. I can't remember the last time I walked into a Mcdonalds and thought about America.

Yeah I don't consider any of them to be good food anyways, just saying that I think it's a bit better in brazil and it's also more expensive which leads to poorfags not going. Here in Uruguay we mainly eat mcdonald's if it's after parties or when night clubs shut down at 6am and we're drunk looking for food, smokers also apply 'cause they're starving at those hours.

Girls and faggots however do go there and sit taking pictures and shit, this is the same reason as brazil as it's quite expensive here and poorfags tend to not be able to afford it.

If there was a choice at 6am I certainly wouldn't go there because any place with food has better burgers or hot dogs or whatever.
