1. Cunt
2. Are you solving knoife croime?
>UK
>Yes
1. Cunt
After that it'll be baseball bats.
>took out the Swiss army knife in class because the prof needed to use the scissor attachment
50/50 chance of getting shot by campus police tomorrow
>crime is solved by banning it
No
Imagine how much better Britain would be if all 6,870 of those people just took out a knife of their own and made some vertical slashes over their wrists.
So wait, is carrying a penknife actually illegal in the UK?
No.
>The UK law states that you can carry a knife under 3 inches if it has a folding blade without a locking mechanism, and can be carried by those under 18.
flag
no
>only 10k needed
Wtf? Even we beed 50k names for the petition to get trough on govermental level and we have a fraction of your population.
>knife not part of national costume
what
Is this supposed to hurt criminals or hurt people who want to defend themselves?
So you're telling me that in the UK, if I was caught carrying my carving knife (4.6 inches) that I got while in the Scouts when I was 9 years old and which I still use when I go camping, I would be arrested?
What a fucking world.
(Pic not actually my knife, just the same kind of knife)
It would make sense for a bigger government to have a lower threshold - not vice versa.
What.
That makes zero sense.
Yes. You would get a criminal record for it.
My logic was that a bigger government could handle more petitions. It’s probably some retarded interns who handle the petitions anyway. The government doesn’t give a shit about them.
>britbong logic
It is supposed to hurt people who want to cut their own vegetables.
No you wouldn't. At work when it's lunch I walk around with a knife, and a stanley knife. Absolutely no problems.
Honestly I really doubt anything would come of it. They'll only bother you about knives if they think you intend to use it on someone. If you're just going camping or in the woods or something it seems highly unlikely that you're going to be stopped by police, doesn't it.
Why would the police stop you though?
You’re at work and it’s a stanley knife. I’m talking about a scenario in which you were carrying the knife the Dane posted without a “good reason”.
The state of that country is honestly just sad. I went to London as part of a high school trip and there were two times when Anglos went wild over knives. First, we went onto the London Eye and some guy at the bottom made us put all our knives in a box for some reason. Then we went to a museum and the security guy was all nervous and stuff and made us leave our knives with him for the duration of our trip.
kek
Dunno but up here in Scotland they do stop and searches. Our police are also much wors than yours.
>weird slavs try and take knives around in a foreign country
>knives get confiscated
Seems reasonable.
why did you bring knives to a school trip?
bizarre behaviour tbhwyl, they were right to take them off you
Eh ours do shit like that too on twitter.
I just mean, if I was trying to take a knife into the woods, or camping or something, I doubt I'd have any trouble doing so. As long as one has a good reason for carrying a knife, even if you're not really meant to have one, police won't waste their time on you.
Maybe it's different in Glasgow? In which case your police really are way worse.
Carrying a Swiss knife might be hard for serfs from the United Cuckdom to understand but it's a normal thing to do
>normal thing to do
Maybe in slovenia lmao
>might be hard for serfs from the United Cuckdom to understand
Not really since I have done so myself many a time, but in the middle of a city for no apparent reason? Yeah that's pretty weird mate
No wonder they were confiscated
Jikes...
The police here will arrest you posts you make on Facebook so arresting someone for carrying a knife is without question for them.
I used to bring my knife on school trips and such when we were out hiking and fishing.
No problems. I still carry it every single day on my belt.
we have the same kind of laws here but with common sense exceptions if you have a reasonable explanation. for example I had similar to pic related on a train and explained I was on the way to a dive, so they said it was fine and went on their way
Damn, I only heard of that sort of shit occurring in London. I can only hope that it doesn't spread to the rest of the UK
Some guy in Rothesay complained about the amount of migrants being settled on Bute and he got jailed for it.
Precisely, basically if you're heading to the woods with a knife then there's no problem, but if you're heading to the city centre on Friday night with one, well you're gonna get stopped.
I see. Not so bad then. But I am Sami and can by law carry any knife I want, anywhere since it's part of our culture and traditional outfits.
My father, since he is the head of the family carries a Kiljáhan puukkó. It's a traditional workers knife, he always have it hanging from his belt. Even if he goes into town.
We can tell you live in a pathetic country from your flag, you don't have to make your posts so painfully obvious too
but I mean its actually written into the laws here, which makes a big difference if you DO get taken to court.
What is a simultaneously true, hurtful, illegal, necessary and kind statement?
Fuck, there are only like 6k people on the whole island. That's absurd. I think I'd rather have the trigger happy retards that pass for police in America than these awful cunts
based, i've never see sami on here before
>But I am Sami and can by law carry any knife I want
yeah, lots of traditional clothing seems to do this. Sikhs in britain are allowed to carry them as well
buttmad?
Sikhs are pretty cool, or seem like it at least.
Is it okay to use the word mad, couldn't someone find offence in that?
nah I'll probably get arrested later, i can already hear sirens outside my house
what am i like aha
Fear not knife, fear tje fork:
One time stabed - four times porked.
Police brutality in America is played up.
