How was you day Jow Forums?

>Any plans to move?
I don't really have a way out. I guess I can at least be glad I live in Dearborn (aka Little Lebanon), not the city of Detroit, but it's still not a great place.

What's wrong with Detroit? All those memes are real?

>You can be a translator!
translator eh? I don't suppose people there want English to Tagalog translations but I will give it a shot :P

One of the worst crime rates in America, godawful education (half the city's population is functionally illiterate), horrible urban decay and infrastructure... lots of things. Caused by a mix of white flight and its heavy industries (automotive in particular) crashing hard. It actually used to be one of the Midwest's cultural hubs and most successful cities, so it's a little sad it is what it is now.

Metro Detroit isn't anywhere near as bad as the city proper, but like I said, I wouldn't call most of it very great.

Feeling very nice, I've recently become aware of the force that is my will.
I wake up at mornings and feel my limbs and stretch slowly.
It isn't the entwining fibres of muscles powered by electrical impulses from the brain but my will that commands and kickstarts the entire process.
I feel powerful and in control, very nice feeling!

This, and it also has bad sports teams

How do you feel like this?

Thank you, I read on reddit about Detroit and they say it's not that bad, hence my question.

Knowledge?
Move your fingers, blink your eyes, take a deep breath. There is biological energy being used there, but what starts the process? who gives the commands? You.
Being aware of your body makes you feel powerful, because of the depth of action you have just through physical means.
It makes you feel in control because it is precise, and consistent.

Having a nice stretching routine in the morning helps.
