The Grand 2 still works I use it to call hookers, only reason I need a smartphone for that is the map because they don't tell you the address outright from the first call only when you are in the area and about to knock on their door.
My iPad air is 1st gen from 2014, will change it for the 2018 6th gen air model in 2 weeks.
Smartphones are a scam. Not as good for constant shitposting unless 6"+ and the faster the cpu the less of the battery life you get out of them. I need it for calls, email, whatsapp mostly.

I bought it a week ago in presales. Thanks to this they will give me Galaxy Buds earphones for free which are worth around 150 dollar and i will also get additional coupon for money for my old smartphone. So in sum Samsung returns almost half of price of new smartphone to me.

My S8+ has 2 years too and works fine as well. I planned to replace it with S9+ year ago but the S9 model was just a refubrished version of S8 so i passed.
