Okay, so I have been looking at the state's regionals, and I noticed that no county in CT has an organized government. I looked up any sign of county flags and I can't find any, yet we have ones in the repository. Anyway, apparently karakalpak put them in a while back, and I'm concerned they aren't legitimate. I'm prepared to switch all the CT county flags over to generic flags - I just wanted to ask you and src for permission given you two are generally the most senior individuals when it comes to the repository.
those are the silhouettes autismo did. if a county has one just keep it that way, that's the official way of doing counties that don't have flags.

No, Autismo's silhouettes are inconsistent; there are states where he made the background different colors. I am going to standardize those when I get to them, but I've been using the black on white silhouettes for towns and some counties in VT, NH, ME, and MA.
I just need to know if the CT county "flags" are legit, and I'm doubting they are.
