The EU is a corrupt racket. The EU does leverage too much control over immigration policy. The EU does result in loss of control over one's own laws.

All of those things are true. Just because Brexit is a fuck up and will be a failure, doesn't make those statements about the EU untrue.

In fact the Brexit process has shown how retarded the EU really is in some ways. Since it is utterly impossible to leave it in a reasonable manner and without fucking up everything, it proves that the EU is like a big sprawling beast riddled with bureaucratic tape.

Well, either that or they really hated Poles and Romanians, in which case they probably wouldn't be able to negotiate without leaving

All the fuckheads think that the golden age of trade and capital that the empire had will return because “we’ll have our sovereignty back”. They think what made the empire great was the homeland or Great Britain itself but in reality what made the nation rich and powerful was its colonial territories which it gained its resources from. They think that other countries will be beckoning Britain for trade deals when in reallity there is very little that the UK has which the rest of the world is willing to offer lucrative deals for now that we are no longer going to be a members of the EU.
