English doesn't sound Germanic to me.

I've studied French and English since I was little, and while French sounds Romance, English doesn't sound Germanic.

English uses Romance words.

Portuguese doesn’t sound romantic to me, it sounds Slavic

Well, portuguese doesn't sound Romance at all, does it?
Many more people say it sounds slavic.

Portuguese sounds like a Polack speaking Spanish

English is a Frankenstein language, it does not decent direct from Germanic languages neither from Romance languages, but was made up from element of both, that can me noticed by different word meaning the same thing, or a slight or things from the same origin but with some different characteristic, like pig and pork. I read this somewhere a long time ago, I don't have the link to "prove it."

PT-PT, yes cause Portugal have a "closed" pronunciation for vowels and that makes it sound Slavic, but it has none of it.

As the guys in the video says that usually occur when non speakers hear it, cause to me PT-PT do not sound Slavic at all.

its literally a euromutt language, french/latin/german/dutch/frisian/scandinavian all dipped their dicks in it

thank you for explaining based zuka.
all in all, i like having this pronunciation just to confuse americans abroad. they dont know when they're speaking to a russian or a portuguese
