Is weighing under 70kg normal when you are 190cm+ tall?
Is weighing under 70kg normal when you are 190cm+ tall?
No. Start eating.
Drink one litre of juice everyday for six months
Are you literally a skeleton? Eat some food man good god.

I'm pretty skelemode and I'm still around 90kg.
>inb4 I get called fat American
I'm 200 cm, that's a healthy weight anywhere
looks fine to me
perfect
I want to be bigger though but working out does nothing
I swear to god you are identical to me. Even the hands. Never seen someone so similar. Too bad I'm not tall
You have really nice shoulder-to-waist ratio and don't look skeletonish at all, why bother.
I always found my hips/waist area kind of big
You might have a harder time gaining weight than others (I do too) but if you train enough and eat enough you will see results.
Thats pretty cool i guess
>but working out does nothing
It does.
You are just not patient enough.
It takes years. Get a high protein diet and lift the shit out every other day.
Half a year in you will see clear results.
No, I weight 67kg at 181cm and I'm underweight
I am already eating a lot, like 3000kcal a day
Nothing really happens
How long you been lifting?
It's also not about callories.
I was 55kg at 1,82 and it worked clearly. It took a really long time but it werked.
Its not a magic trick dummy, it takes some time. And you must eat nutrient-rich food.
Yep, i lift 5-6 times a week, big compound lifts, bench, deadlift, clean and jerk, OHP
Hmm no you are underweight, see pic related
If you want to gain weight eat a shitton of carbs: oatmeal, white bread, pasta, fastfood etc
1. you don't need to do it everyday. Give your body time to recover
The question is for how long? you can lift everyday the whole day for a month and it will not really help at all.
I’ve been lifting since November seriously
And you don't weight more?
No, my strength went up quite a bit.
I started around 70kg, dropped down to 67, now i just stay around 68-70kg
I increased my deadlift by 25kg, i can do dips and pullups no problem, bench went up 30kg etc
start tracking your calories, there's many apps to do it
lift 3 or 4 times a week
do light cardio and stretching daily
