Montreal for the strip club there, then maybe somewhere up north to try some seal meat.

Assuming it's summer, I'd probably start in Quebec City, then go north and see the fjord, then go the Gaspé Peninsula, hike around, travel south to PEI, and take the ferry to the Îles de la Madeleine. That would fill up 2 weeks easily.
