Actually no, Norway is in the EEA and has to follow some EEA regulations, but Switzerland is not in and has to follow jack. The federal government already gave a written statement about Articles 11 &13, the bottom line is we don't give a fuck.

Swizterland is in a bit different situation, but Norway is very much cucked, in order to get access to EU market they have to allowed freedom of movement from EU members(meaning they have to let in every Eastern Europoor), follow EU regulations, accept European Court of Justice rulings, and can't make their own free trade agreements without Lichtenstein and Iceland included. Also they pay into EU budget and have no representatives in EU parliament. Meaning EU pretty much keeps them on a leash in exchange allowing Norway get access to EU market.
