Highly unlikely given my genetic profile and the appearance of the ancestor in question. Maybe part tatar/asian/balkan/ukrainian, or maybe just russian. Why do you think your 23andme doesn't show 45%+ eastern european if you're half Russian? Usually full Russians score 90%+ on 23andme

Perhaps she is not fully Russian.
There's a question about the Greek & Balkan. It's more likely that it comes from my father, but it would also be some kind of explanation as to why the Russian percentage is so low.

16%. 4% superfluous though because on the chromosome view the ashkenazi is on both of my chromosomes which isn't possible cause I know my dad is 0% jewish.

23andMe chromosome view doesn't align with any of chromosomal admixture calculators I've tried. I don't know what to think about that, to be honest.

Genetic ancestry testing is bullshit except for really obvious ancestry that's knowable directly from asking family desu (for example in my case, 1/8 jewish I knew just from asking my mom). Useful for adoptees like you though
