This is just what I personally believe. There's no "Eastern" culture anymore. Eastern Europe and Russia have long been absorbed into the West. Even Communism which supposedly makes us the "East" was a West European invention just like almost everything we imported from them in the last 300 years. A truly Eastern culture is China and the rest of East Asia.
