Wow, you can pull off a nice British accent... I mean, there are bits and parts where the Russian enunciation can be heard but for the most part it seemed like a natural British accent, at least to me.
For improvement I'm not sure what to suggest to you but you could watch more British shows, movies and try to pick up on how they pronounce words.

Much, much better than mine. I work at a company where I have to meet other Scandinavians every day but every once in a while I have to meet Brits or Americans and my accent always makes me so embarassed because it's very strong.
