I'm also doing this because I got a new phone and wanted to see the camera, while flexing my hometown.
It is the city centre on a very nice bright spring day. Pretty sure even the worst parts of the Ukraine or whatever would look clean and nice in this situation.
In general most of the Netherlands is not very attractive. Just not a complete mess.
