Mang how far can you run? Let's say it's 5 km aight? Just run 5 km every day, do 50 pushups, 50 situps, done. After a while you move up to 6, 60, 60 and keep going like that till you hit 10, 100, 100. do that for 2 or 3 months and stay under 1500 kcal and you'll have your shit fixed in no time. Great way of cutting without losing too much muscle, especially if you do it on top of your regular workout. Been working great for me personally.
