That's your biggest problem. By far the most important thing when learning a new language is motivation. You can pay for classes, use apps daily, and immerse yourself as much as possible, but without a lot of motivation you will struggle greatly. You need to find a language that appeals to you personally for some reason other than just how cool it would be to speak 2 languages (preferably a major language with a large body of media to help with immersion) and then study it.
