It a pretty nice place. Great nature, there also some remnants of japanese rule.

Kamchatka is amazing but it really not a mainstream place. Too remote.
But if you have enough money and time totally go for it.
But I would recommend visit Lake Baikal, it not Far East but it still close to Korea, also you can ride there on Trans Siberian railroad from Vladivostok for true russian experience.
