ive unironicaly eaten chicken breast, broccolli, cauliflower and rice for lunch and dinner everyday since i started
breakfast is rolled oats and protein powder
snack between lunch and dinner is just eggs
train 5 days a week 1 - 2 hours each time

Hell, if anything, deads take a bigger toll on your neck than bench does.

Since I started working again last month though it’s already dropped by 6kg/13lb so I hope that I am on track to finally losing all of that excess mass. Also, as soon as I have some more disposable income again (gotta pay off some debts first) it’ll be easier for me to switch to a healthier yet equally tasty diet since brute-forcing low calory diets without maintaining the same culinary excellence is too much for what little will power I have. And those cost money.
