How is "Generation War"? It's a series about WW2 from the German perspective. On paper it seems interesting, but I hesitate because I feel like it might be too self-flagellating.

Saw Das Boot just yesterday, it did a good job at conveying the suspense.

compared to band of brothers it really isn't as good and the stories of the characters constantly being able to meet up is a bit unrealistic. It wasn't bad though

I'll probably check it out. Band of Brothers is tough to beat. Seeing some of its inaccuracies ruined it a bit for me though.

The Pacific > band of brothers

Good taste.

>GDR
>WW2
Es ist zum Kotzen!
As if nothing else ever happened here or is thought about

Those are 30 and 70 years away respectively. Get over it. It's all just sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo repetitive, sick of it!

this

>Aguirre: The wrath of god
>Run Lola Run
>Toni Erdmann
>Most by Fritz Lang

All Kino and no GDR or WW2 autism

>goodbye Lenin
>pure kino
Actual soyboy alert, that movie is mediocre at best
