it's not a meme at all, scandis and finns have significant mongoloid influence, often referred to on this forum as the swinegolian phenotype. the blondest people in the world almost invariably have blatant chink facial features, whereas scandis with a normal face will usually be darker haired (usually dark blonde).

Pretty much the only scandinavians who don't have a huge dominance of those mongish features are Norwegians and it's mainly because them and Icelanders had the most contact and intermixing with western europeans (mostly brits) while Swedes and Finns look closer to slavs
