Does Latin America have a tea drinking culture?
They drink some Instagram meme drink
I think so. I have a lot of tea in my house back in Argentina, and you can find all kinds of tea at supermarkets.
That's just the southern cone it smells and tastes like what you'd imagine boiled grass would be like.
They drink erva/yerba mate in South Brazil, Uruguay, Paraguay and Argentina. I don't know about the other regions.
What is it?
Yeah and like true soypeople they apparently make a whole fuzz about bringing it everywhere with them because "omg I literally cannot go without, made with love, programmed with coffee!"
it is mate and only uruguayans and argentines are obsessed with them because they lack real culture
no
Yes
People in the south drink it here too
Always hilarious watching those spic football players leaving an airplane with those coffee mugs of theirs which means someone had to bring them boiled water and tea after clearing security because you cannot bring those with you on the plane
I've had various types of teas and coffees and have had mate. Mate is definitely the worst.
yes you need to have amerindian tongue to like drinking grass LOL
This isn't true. Mate was a traditional beverage among the Guarany. The mestizo populations of the Southern Cone managed to preserve this tradition and it's widely popular today in those regions. Even Chile and from what I read Bolivia too has that tradition but it's not as widely popular as it is in Argentina, Uruguay and Rio Grande do Sul.
Yeah it's pretty bad. German students (imagine Antifas but worse) in my town drink a lot of mate based energy drinks. Very bitter stuff
Here in Northern Brazil it's coffee.
Yeah
no, it's southern faggotry
Who hurt you, baldie?
NO we drink chocolate with chili as God intended
everywhere in brazil is coffee
>preserving an ancient culture is faggotry
No wonder any place north of São Paulo is a fiery hellhole.
>chocolate with chili
wtf
No, coffee is more popular.
Personally, I consider tea a superior beverage.
No coffee can match Darjeeling, Lap Sang or tie guan yin tea.
>tea pockets
It's a shame.
I'm not autistic about tea.
