Yes, physical workers can do no fasting in Ramadhan month, but they need to either substitute the lack of fasting with giving poor people foods in eid fitr or have fasting for a month (the days depend on how many day do you not do fasting) with the deadline it must be finished before next Ramadhan month.

Wait, I need to clarify this. I meant, if this ramadhan month has 30 days, then you need to fast for 30 days before next Ramadhan comes. You don't need to go full a month like in Ramadhan month, but you can do fasting for 30 times, so you can do fasting every sunday 30 times for example.
