Hey Jow Forums
What are these?
Numismatics thread
Suomi Khanate?
I think they're coins.
No, that's their nemesis, Khwan Empire
10 yen on the left
100 won on the right
They look like coins to me.
Right? I drew the same conclusion
Thank you
There isn't a board/general for coin collecting in 4chinz right ?
No, unfortunately
only digital shitcoins
Jow Forums was so good before shitcoins became a thing
What was Jow Forums like before the coins?
kneepads and lipstick bargain tips
Truly a shame. It can't be a smaller niche than origami
I hate what Jow Forums has become, it's absolute dogshit now
How big is your collection?
Shame seems like a nice hobby
Oh shit, I have the same coin. I think someone confused it / used it as a quarter, which is how i have one.
What I payed your mom for last night
I thought it would be something about economics.
Alright, thanks.
There were always coins on Jow Forums. Admittedly it wasn't exactly the coin board but it I'd say it made up like 33% of all threads even in the early days.
Japanese coin and Korean coin
t. eggspert
Very pretty
I don't count them, I buy a couple handful from the shitcoins basket whenever we get some outdoor fair and select the interesting ones
Man it was great back in the Lira days, you could find literally anything in my parents shop's counter
Do you have any russian coins?
10円 昭和五十二年
10yen made in Showa era 52 (1977)
Like a 2 kopecks 1825 (?) Don't have shit in this apartment. Slavic ones I got are mainly from Yugoslavia
Thanks!
How serious are chinese copies threat in Italy? Our market is literally flooded with fake coins from our asian neighbour
My grandma started, my mother continued and recently the collection came into my possession.
I also have a smaller collection of my own which I still have to combine, there's also another box with some sachets of pre euro coins per country.
I have some :3
What a mess. Did you try to put them into some kind of order?
No >.<
I will start right after I finish my book!
>my grandma started, my mother continued
So, you are a grill, aren't ya?
every coin I find is in horrible state this one is from 1813 D.João VI I think
Old Korean 100 won coin (made in 1979)
100 won is like 0.1 USD
This one is latest 100 won coin design.
well a coin from 1813 is pretty cool nonetheless
I love numismatics
My grandmother used to have a pretty reasonable collection, but it got stolen :c
So, I'm starting my own c:
Couldn't we make a Numismatics general in /his/?
Try it
I'm Anonymous
well i am a total noob so if more experienced anons could drop some useful links for an OP it would be nice
>we need to make a general
>someone else do it
