Parisian here. Some areas are to be avoided, but overall it's nice. Many bars, restaurants, museums, cultural events, etc...If a big city, so if you're used to big cities, you'll like it. For some reason most neets on Jow Forums hate big cities, but imo they are the best places to live in.

No. There's only a few places in the actual city of Paris that are minority huwite, but there's a lot of neighborhoods where you can walk for hours and the only black person you see is some guy cleaning the streets or a baby sitter. Paris (and the suburbs) are quite segregated, it's not USA tier but generally it's pretty obvious where the white areas are and where the black/arab areas are.
It's also not dangerous at all, like the worst that can happen to you is some gypsy stealing your wallet or scamming you near some tourist attraction, but that only happens to dumb tourists who aren't careful.

Not really. In Paris, things can be very different between streets in the same area. For example I said that the area around Gare du Nord is shit, but if you take a 5min walk towards the south-west, it's a totally different and really nice place.
There are many niggers from the banlieues around the main train hubs, like Chatelet or Saint-Lazare though.
