Not the other user. But i believe it comes from that Mexicans will work for ludicrous amounts of time and get little done. If you don't supervise Mexicans, they just lounge about. When i had my summer home built in Mexico, i had to be on my Mexican workers so that wouldn't just start drinking cervesas
