well, we're always short on teachers in rural areas. But you'd need a bunch of certification type work in advance, and Russian as a foreign language isn't taught in schools, so you'd also have to have a specialty if you're above the age of gen ed. Basically becoming a teacher is easy if you're in the midwest/south, but you need to already be in the US –you won't get a visa this way (assuming you're talking about school teacher not uni prof)
Engineering jobs hire and provide visas, so that's a better bet.

I'm qualified to teach university students here and have a PhD degree in mechanical engineering that I got to improve my chances of getting a job abroad. I just have to finish some things hrre, then I can start actually looking for a job abroad. Thank you for the information.
