And not all of them are targeted to blacks, remember the "Do a flip on your knees while singing the anthem in reverse or else I'll shoot you" case that became a meme here last year?
This, my friend, is not common at all in Europe, developed Asian countries, and some shitholes like Chile or Perú. If something like that ever happens in those places it becomes national news and the cop ends in jail.

I remember a youtuber who said he was aprehended in school because of some edgy jokes he said on Twatter and his school had a full on interrogation room where he talked to two federal agents. He had to sign a document to allow the FBI to bug his phone and PC, and to put a camera on his room. Could be a lie, but I believe it.

There was a case some years of a cop (Luis Chocobar) killing some villero who was seen stealing a cellphone. Updates on the case still make the news an it was a big deal at the time, with some people saying he acted wrongly. So, yes, our cops aren't trigger happy but that doesn't make them any less violent and corrupt; our police force has known ties with narcotraffic and some cops work as mercenaries (search Juan Alós case).

If you doubt something someone says just open another tab and Google it, especially if it's something simple like "How many people were killed by police in the USA last year. It's 992 according to Washington Post or as many as 1,240 according to the Bureau of Justice statistics. I went with the smaller number in the interest of fairness.
In Canada 4 people were killed by police last year. The last time I looked it up it was 2 but later in the year 2 more were killed (Oct & Dec) so, I was wrong, it's not almost 500 times as bad, it's "only" 248 to 310 times as bad. Which doesn't change the point. Why is the population 8.8 times larger but the amount of police killings is 248 times worse?

Before you say spics or niggers, over half of the US police killings were on whites and 1 of the Canadian police killings was a white person, so even just counting whites the odds are hundreds of times higher in the US than Canada.

I'm not that guy but I might as well be since I agree with him entirely, American cops are not trustworthy when compared to the cops in most other 1st world countries and in 3rd world countries I can afford to bribe them.
America is the only country I know where cops are too good to bribe but too fucked to trust.
