What is life like in Guadalajara...

What is life like in Guadalajara? What do Mexicans think of it compared to Mexico City or other major cities like Puebla or Torreón?

Bumping

Torreon a a shithole. Don't come visit

>torreon
>mayor city

Wut?

Anyway im from Guadalajara so im biased, i like it here, not Boring as small cities, not as hectic as life in México city, despite going thru a bit of a violence streak right now is generally safe as long as you have common sense, its home to both the most important book fair and film festival in México, birthplace (or the state of Jalisco) to preetty much anything considered mexican culture worldwide like mariscos, charros and tequila, varied economy nor teliant in a single industry so lots of opportunities for people coming here

>mariscos

Meant mariachi, autocorrect

INEGI says that the Torreón metro area has over 1.2 million people:

Why does california and mexico look inhumanely dry and orange and dusty?

And that would make it the 9th biggest metro área of México, hardly a mayor city, plus thats taking population alone not other factors of importance

don't know, never been there.

>Gvadalajara: soul
>Cuckdad de Mexico: soulless

Unironically this

heard its boring

>EL TORO DE JALISCO

By whom?

Anything over a million people is a big/major city.

Still not wya beat Puebla or Guadalajara in importance, cant gropu those togheter and cant compare the life in both cities

It goes like this, theres 3 mayor cities México city, Guadalajara and Monterrey, some May argue México city its on a category of its own, after that comes the important cities, not quite as the big 3 but mayor players on their own right in that category you have Puebla, Querétaro, Tijuana, Mérida, San Luis Potosí

some normie

After that comes the cities with specific features, like the toursom cities, cabo, Acapulco, vallarta, Cancun, Mazatlán the historic/colonial ones like Morelia and zacatecas, industrial cities like Juárez, Mexicali, León, agroproduction cities etc

Torreón much like Toluca in the México valley are Just meme non cities that happen to have sorta big populations (when lumped with the surrounded towns) but have no real importance, history or particularly big industrie to speak of

Went to Guadalajara a couple years back. By far some of the most attractive women in Mexico, although the men are only a touch better than in the rest of the country. Vibrant downtown, especially the park and bars area.

Otherwise not much to do or see.

Mexican here, Torreon isnt considered as a big city; the major cities besides MX city are Guadalajara and Monterrey, and maybe Puebla, Toluca , Tijuana, etc
I live in Guadalajara and is real nice, but in the nicer part of the metropolitan city which is Zapopan, and where almost all foreigners live and do stuff

there are shitholes even with over a million people , and Aguascalientes is as important as Tlaxcala

What about Monterey?
Unironically hot.
