Vast majority of smart people with sociable/likable personalities I've met are cosmopolitan liberal do gooders (myself included, almost always smart, good-looking normies tend to be the same way) who do not value collective identity so much as individualism and self-fulfillment. I can already see China failing to control their iGen; but everywhere else they will probably erode nationalism. The dividing line will almost certainly be less of nation-states; but rather nation-states clinging onto their power while engineered vs non-engineered humans start conflicting much like how their's a basic revolt nowadays from the right and left against the merit class in the US.

Criminality isn't a gene; but there's genes that make one less likely to act aggressively for example. Cooperativeness and socialness are genes selected for. Its partly mediated by a fuckton of things; but people with more "frontal lobe" density and executive control are less impulse driven and hence "less criminal" so to speak.
I am not saying genes make you criminal; its always the environment that does; but it makes you less likely to react say violently or otherwise. Think of it as what Jow Forums people here call "beta" genes, e.g. genes that makes you want to get along with people.

If they do so much as to switch out 1 gene there is a great chance this will make the person genetically I'll or even worse. By the way, some genes can cause 0 damage for decades, and then suddenly cause great crippling illness. To make it even more complex is that genes makeup depends a lot on parents too, so there is a shit load of variables
