How do we fix America's birth rate problem?

Birth rates are only a problem for socialist shitholes with nationalized retirement funds and even then it's just an accounting problem. The rates goes up and down, who gives a shit, it's not catastrophic, it's not a bubble that needs to grow constantly or else it implodes forever.
Destroying the genepool and bringing in people who are not culturally European is irreparable and an existential threat, and the damage does grow exponentially with each generation, but hey, let's blow our brains to stop a wound from bleeding, mr Freemason said it made sense.
