When I look at such cities and Hongkong in specially there comes the thought of infrastructure.
Alone in one of these Apartment buildings that propably house over 1000 housholds.
What if in th morning 1000 dudes from those 1000 households go to work. How many elevators are there? It must be the first stressful traffic jam. Then the streets. At this density of people the thought for your own car must cause already death by old age from the imagined traffic jam. What transportation does it have to manage the daily fluctuation of millions of people?

Because China is the middle kingdom. The short lived era of the western barbarian is closing.

This in China? What's up with all those Western looking buildings in the foreground?

Half of the pics ITT have no names. How am I supposed to know what Chinese city is it?

Attached: flower.jpg (912x684, 167K)

It's Qingdao. Germany had control of it for like 20 years (same deal as lease of Hong Kong to Britain and Macau to Portugal), but Germans had to lose WWI and give it up. It was then snatched up by the Japanese and used it as one of the bases for further invasion into China. Those European-looking buildings in Qingdao were mostly built by the Germans and somehow survived the Japanese rule, WWII, Chinese civil war, and the Great Leap Forward.

Don't be fooled, China is all style and no substance.

>oldest culture in the world
>no substance
Kek, Norgay has neither, the only thing you're known for is that white supremacist mass shooter who now lives in a 5 star hotel. What a fucking shithole of a country

and you are neither

ITT: Zhang

We have plenty of style, stay mad shitholers.

Strange to see the sun shine over China.

Why would you make something so impractical and wasteful? It seems like something Middle Eastern new money oil shieks with no culture would do.

>culture is impractical and wasteful

Not since Mao took care of that.

Let me guess you also think that 100k students were killed in Tiananmen Square and 6 million muslims are in (((((concentration))))) camps

That looks pretty based desu

wow. all of these look like absolutely aweful places to live. theyre like American suburbs x1000. giant copy/paste commie blocks in enormous commie block "suburbs" with horrible street level urbanity and no culture. these literally look like hives.

and imagine having those "pretty lights" blazing through your windows at night. these places look like dystopian hellscapes.

>how did they do it??

Attached: tradition.jpg (1834x1440, 552K)

Because China doesn't spend the majority of its wealth on an overstretched military present in most countries around the world while neglecting the interior of their own country and leaving it to decay into shit.

What do you expect from a slanted eyefield's viewpoint? Look at the picture and squint your eyes, you'll see another dimension.
