This guy misses the fact that it is too hot to walk outside most of the year. We have an area called city walk which is crowded half of the year, and basically empty during the summer. Because no one wants to walk outside when it is 40+ degrees. He starts the video by clicking on a 12 lanes main road and then pretending to be surprised that you can't cross it. But those skyscrapers have gyms, restaurants and grocery stores. Which works because people want to be somewhere with air conditioning. That is why there are so many malls in here.
