tried a few >70% chocolates including the 100% montezuma one, they can be pretty good but some cheaper brands will just make a bar of chocolate as dark as possible and it tastes like shit as a result
Yeah, because it's mostly fat. Tastes great and is really smooth, though.
Smaller factories make really great milk chocolate with higher percentages(40%) and less sugar.
