I wouldn’t say it was “cool” before but it is definitely uncool now. By uncool I mean degenerate and life destroying. Every now and then I’ll have a few beer at the bar or a couple joints while drawing, making music, reading, programming vidya or playing vidya though. Weed makes me creative and gives me motivation to draw. When I’m sober or drunk I have better charisma and fine motor skills though

If you want to live here you either work a shit job and are crammed in a small living space with a bunch of people, or living out in the mountains in a tent, like me, both are not condusive to smoking weed because uncomfortable situations like high or low temperatures or nasty roommates kill your high.

How awful is the quality of weed in Europe and South America? I assume pretty dire considering you guys have to get it from dealers sold in dime bags while in the US and Canada, because its legal in many states, you get better quality weed that growers can experiment with quality and different strains.

the rent prices and housing market has gotten absolutely fucked here. cant even survive in a shit town like longmont without family/roommates. i live next to these really ugly, packed and relatively new condos that are a 30 minute walk away from ANYTHING that are in the $400k range to buy. i know atleast 5 development areas in town that are popping up these same glorified apartment complexes and they are all insanely overpriced. colorado is beautiful but it just isnt worth it anymore

I work hard for a living. I'm a line cook at a 4-star restaurant in the city, that means I have to stay standing up and moving fast with crazy hot food and crazy sharp objects to make sure I crank out the perfect dish every time FTL. One minute detail wrong means I get my food sent back to me. I have no breaks for a whole 9 hour shift and cannot ever sit down until I get home at midnight.
Do I love my job? Of course I do, it's what I live for. Though as far as I'm concerned, with all the shit that I have to put up with I still need something nice at the end of the day to look forward to. If you call rewarding yourself after a hard day of work degeneracy, then you can take your Finnish ass right off of my goddamn board because I don't need to take sass from a neet like you.

I'm speaking from my personal experience since alot of people praise weed but in reality its so overrated and awful like getting anxiety, panic attacks and you feel buzzed for a few days and you end up being a lazy fuck for some time. Besides weed and other drugs can trigger mental illness or episodes in certain individuals and personally I've experienced derealization for a few days after smoking it and it was driving me nuts
