I do not. I would actually like to visit one day and meet the common folk there. Though getting there with a US passport is a bitch. Still, been learning how to read and write the language. The orthodox church is compromised and filled with soviet plants, secret services plants or capitalists who want to profit off babushkas. Meanwhile, most orthodox believers aren't true believers, and either just pay lip service out of obligation or they're hypocrites who kiss icons of Mary at church while they badmouth their neighbors or do drugs at home.

Also what I said about russians and russia applies to every orthodox country, but russia also stole our national treasure. At least you're not as bad as ukrainians.

Majority of Russians actually have a positive opinion of Stalin and believe he played a positive role in country's history.
Communist totalitarianism and especially Stalin's time hugely fucked up people's brains and since we are still ruled by KGB men we still have all these doublethink, statism, chauvinism, extreme obedience to corrupt rulers, disdain for rights and for truth.
I don't hate living in Russia overall though, I wouldn't stay here if I did.
