eye colour rarely changes but when it does it only happens to people with hazel eyes, it's completely plausible for somebody to have green eyes as a kid or teenager only for them to change when they go through puberty or mature as an adult, you can also get hazel eyes without any brown in them
you can also get green eyes from light blue or grey eyes

central heterochromia is a common trait of hazel eyes, saw a pic of hazel eyes with a clearly defined ring and blue on the outside but I can't find it again for the life of me
green eyes from parents with blue/grey eyes are very pale and look a little more like this although this might be the best example you'll see
not my eyes nor was it supposed to be an example without any brown, I said it was a typical hazel colour

Hard to say, considering that's green eyes are commonly confused with hazel eyes and also photoshopped online, but I think there are some who don't have yellowish rings.
