Forcing the issue to the Supreme Court would serve as a good catalyst for what I believe could be grounds for a healthy divorce as a nation, or at least a desire for it. Sending the issue back to the states would be a good start for this. The law is only outlawing abortions after 20 weeks as well (which is similar to many European laws), funny how that keeps getting left out of frame.

I would rather see a Second American Civil War in the vein of the Spanish Civil War with the left fighting the right than to just let this nation continue to rot due to changing demographics, sexual liberation, and gynocentrism.
With that being said, force this to the SCOTUS, overturn Roe v Wade, then file a new suit designed to establish a precedent that abortion is illegal and the Constitution guarantees the right to life, including that of the unborn child.
Merely allowing this to be a 10A issue would allow for the indiscriminate killing of newborns in states such as Virginia and New York. We are a nation of laws, and we need law and order right now. Women will be made to like it as well, regardless if we have to drag them kicking and screaming from having the "right" to kill their own children.
