This is the most famous criminal in the Netherlands. He also on trial right now.
His claim to fame is abducting Freddy Heineken. He apparently let 25 people be killed. He also founded his own extortion ring and his own biker gang chapter. But despite not being part of the Hells Angels, he does command them and even gets members kicked out of them. Before his trial a rocket launcher also got shot at the court.

What do you mean? We have every mafia in existence here, including our own.
Amsterdam is used as a safe haven for Russian, Italian and other mafias. As the punishments here are low, while a lot of things are legal. Rotterdam has the biggest port of Europe, so it draws in criminals from all across Europe who want to ship drugs and weapons (the IRA for example also got its weapons from here). The Netherlands has to deal with petty Moroccan criminals who run the small drug scene (note every two decades an ethnicity in the scene gets wiped out and another one takes over). And then we have the biker gangs, including the Hells Angels, but also a couple local ones. Satudarah is Indonesian and Dutch. No Surrender is the newest one. The motor gangs usually run real estate extortion rings, drugs, hookers and assassinations.
And then they wonder why we have a militarized police lol.
