Those houses have been sitting there, forever. If there was a way to profit from them, people would have been doing it already. You're buying land (because the houses are teardowns) nobody wants, in a literal warzone/wasteland. There are blocks that were torn down over a decade ago, sitting there. The city stopped providing electrical power to the streetlights there, because niggers were stripping the copper wires in them, and they can't afford to replace them.
Even if you rebuild, your only rental market is Section 8, who will destroy the property. If you attempt to live there, and you're not black, you will be robbed, taxed out of town, or killed.
There is no investment in Detroit real estate, except possibly in the Muslim areas, and even then, there's not much action there.
You'd literally be throwing money away. You might as well take your money, get actual stacks of bills, go to one of the houses, and set it on fire, because it's the same result. Don't worry about getting in trouble, because the fire department usually doesn't respond to house fires in that area, which is why there's so many burned out houses.
