Fucking life is so delicious - i have won gc dv lottery and this friday fucking ponyexpress delivers me my passport with us immigrant visa.
Because all of my life except vacations i live in Russia, I want to move to fuckin’ sunny state, such as FL. Have never been there, but have been in rep.dom. twice, in january and in may. Fucking paradise. I hope/think, that weather/climate in FL is the same.
So, fellows from usa/fl, can you give me some advices about this state?

Florida is a strange place. Northern Florida is full of rednecks, cleti, and methheads. The cities are generally poor but the beaches are great. Southern Florida is much nicer in terms of living standards and people. The weather there stays nice year round while northern Florida gets cold 30-50f. Cost of living is quite low in the north as well. I live in Northwest Florida so I can offer more advice particular to the region. Florida is big so I dont know much about what happens at the other end. Ask specific questions to get specific anwsers.

Regarding Southern Florida, do you happen to know if the Miami-Dade area is as much of a shithole as people make it out to be (violent, nobody speaks English, property prices are hell, infested with tourists, etc.)?
And if it is indeed a shithole, what city would instead be considered good in South Florida? Something like Tampa (assuming it counts as South Florida)?
Honestly dont know. Ive heard that from friends whove been there but I live on the opposite corner of the state boardering Alabama so I have no personal experience.
Forgot to reply to the second part of your post. Tampa is generally a shithole. Napels is very nice, so is Sarasota, Clearwater, and some of the other smaller places on that coast.
