Thanks but I prefer affordable college and housing.

You're #48 out of 50

There certainly are things worth visiting, however I certainly wouldn't really want to live in most of that country, and I happily am no Brit.

That old dude man's get up is comfy as fuck looking desu

I said housing, not home-ownership. We have iron-clad renters' protections, so home-ownership is not necessary. It's basically impossible for your landlord to ever evict you if you pay your rent.

that sucks
what if your tenant breaks the terms of the contract and is a nuisance but keeps paying the rent and you can't evict him

You don't end up with any financial assets at the end though.

Should have picked better tenants.

>what if your tenant breaks the terms of the contract
Those provisions were probably illegal in the first place and could be ignored.

Yes, I still remember when I also believed in boomer memes.

I've saved this for the comfy value

was expecting some pol-bait of a woman getting brutally murdered but was pleasantly suprised to see a happy looking bar, good job OP

What will you do in 20 years when the government evicts you to make room for Mehmet and his 14 children?

Contrary to America the German welfare state is able to provide housing to virtually any citizen, including refugees. How does it feel to know that American citizens are treated worse by their very own government than the German one treats foreign refugees? Btw, what about those homeless veterans that served your country?

your country is handed so much, it's difficult for you to give some of it away I'm sure

Our public budget surplus just reached another record 30 billion dollars while the American deficit rule by so-called 'fiscal conservatives' expanded its total debt by another trillion. It's great to live in a financially sound system that is able to provide to people in need.

Our sons and daugthers :)
