Depends where it is. I grew up in a village of 2000 people where most people knew each other. There were fetes and events and little festivals every summer and I moved away when I was 14. I still speak to some of the folks from there, and it's totally different now. The 'community' collapsed for whatever reason and it's just a shithole now.

If I could move to a different village and recapture that sense of community I had as a kid, then 100%.

Sure, you miss out on all the cool shit The City has to offer, but living in the city means you miss out on all the cool shit the village had to offer
