I don't follow a recipe but here's roughly how I make it
>prep veggies (I used onion, garlic, carrot, bell pepper, broccoli, peas, ginger, a couple of bird's eye chilies and bean sprouts)
>cook noodles al dente, drain, and toss in sesame oil
>cook your preferred meat and set it aside
>cook veggies in a wok, starting with the ones that take longest to cook
>add in meat, soy sauce, oyster sauce and cook for a while
>finally add in noodles, mix together while cooking for a minute or two and serve
