I really want to try out Mordhau before it dies but my internet is so garbage that my ping regularly goes into the thousands when playing on EU servers. Feels bad.

The game I despise THE MOST is Sid Meier‘s Railroads, the spiritual successor to the Railroad Tycoon series. It’s a fucking dumbed down version of the Railroad Tycoon series no doubt about it, it’s even hard to look at. But that opening sequence, that fucking opening sequence had every ounce of heart and soul the game ever got from Sid Meier himself. That’s the kind of stuff you KNOW he had a hand in without anyone else forcing shit, it literally makes me feel something in my gut to when I was younger. Even if I despise everything else in the game, that opening sequence gets me every time
