I let the random generator determine a country and got Turkmenistan. Thus, today we're going to try some Turkmenian cuisine. Their cuisine is dominated by lamb. While I do like lamb, I don't have it at hand, so I chose some lamb-free dishes. We're going to cook Ashkhabad okroshka - a beef soup with kefir, gutabi - cheburek-like pastry with cottage cheese (tvorog?) and greens. And in addition we will cook orange compote, even though it has nothing to do with Turkmenistan.

Mix two cups of flour with salt and one egg. Then, adding warm water slowly, make thicc dough.
What a pretty ball of dough.
For the filling chop green onion, parsley, dill, cilantro, and spinach.

Now add cottage cheese/tvorog, salt, and pepper. Mix it well, so the cottage cheese is not lumpy.
Now take your rolling pin, separate the dough into pieces and roll them out.

Put the filling in.
Now fold and pinch the edges. The right one got injured due to the lack of flour on the table. I hope it's going to be all right. Now let's make some more.
Thanks for making a good thread russian chef
Long time no see!
We're done now. There's still some filling left. The first two gutabi are the big bois.

While the oil is heating up, let's cook 100g of beef for the okroshka.
The big boi takes up the entire pan.

Thanks. I don't feel confident enough for the cooking board, I don't know what I'm doing.
Yes, I know the German word for it, I just wasn't sure about the English word.
i want my mom to make çibörek to me rn ;__; it looks good but your dough can be thinner, it would be better, fren.

Gutabi are done. Now I will clean up a little and move to the next dish.

damn bro, why not make a yt channel with Jow Forums food? Doesn't matter if you have many subscribers, it'll be like an archive
Good job! They look amazing
indeed, ma fren.
Nice
I don't think that a Russian with a thicc accent fumbling around in his kitchen is entertaining to watch. I prefer this format.
Thanks.
Blessed thread
that's the whole gimmick of "the life of boris" and I watch that channel all the time
accents are eccentricities, not your downfall, fren. pls reconsider
I forgot to cook an egg for the okroshka.
you aren't mongolian. vpn/proxy off
While beef and egg are cooking, let's start making orange compote.
Then my niche is already taken.
That's an empanada
im not memeing that sounds really fun to watch actually.
its turkish cig kofte, which as turkish asian colonists.. all amerindians also make.
>as a whole, the greatest frequency of the four Amerindian associated haplogroups occurs in the Altai-Baikal region of southern Siberia.[51] Some subclades of C and D closer to the Amerindian subclades occur among Mongolian, Amur, Japanese, Korean, and Ainu populations.[50][52]
Yes
Stop being poor
Use your powers
çiğ köfte is different fren, çiğ börek is what you're looking for.
Imagine the smell.
Now put the oranges into 3 liters of water, add half a lemon worth of juice and 150g of sugar.
тyпaя пидopaхa, пpидepжи хoть тeлeфoн нeмнoгo, чтoбы избeжaть мылa
Now let it boil for 15-20 minutes.
Should have made çakçak
For the okroshka we will need the cooked beef, one cucumber, some dill, cooked egg, and green onions. I've used up all the onions for the filling, so I will use cilantro instead.
am very dumb
You have ping pong blood
I've seen your mean iq
Now ride your weird 2 hunch Carmel into success
Blessed thread
Now pour kefir on the mixture and let it cool down in the refrigerator. I've never tried okroshka wity kefir, usually it's made here with kvas and radish. But apparently people do it this way in Turkmenistan.
thank you blessed Mexicanon
will believe in myself
All right, the compote is taking its time to boil, so I will eat gutabi and okroshka now. Thank you all for staying with me today, I enjoyed cooking these things.
see you soon fren
poka ciao
bon apetite
¡Que aproveche!
Would eat/10.
Do you have a website or youtube channel?
Thank you. Okroshka was top tier.
No, I only post here.
Oh. That's a shame. Your cooking and recipes would be nice to refer to in the future.
I just don't feel like a youtube channel is necessary. My spoken English isn't very good, and I don't know how to record myself cooking.
I mean it doesn't have to be a youtube channel. Just a blog site where you post your recipes and pictures of you cooking them would be nice.
All these recipes can be googled easily.
Looks pretty and well done
But we hace 4 chan archive.
